SERVICES
High Roller Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services in Utah County from Lehi to Richfield. Services are performed at the customer's location or at our Spanish Fork facility when available.
APPOINTMENTS AND DEPOSITS
A $40 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will forfeit the deposit.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We take pride in our work and will address any concerns raised within 24 hours of service completion. Please inspect your vehicle before our team leaves and note any concerns at that time.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to have your vehicle unlocked and accessible at the scheduled time. No water or power hookup is required on your end. High Roller Detailing is fully self-sufficient.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
High Roller Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions present before service begins. We will note any pre-existing conditions before starting work.
SMS COMMUNICATIONS
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from High Roller Detailing regarding your appointment, service updates, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. High Roller Detailing offers two types of SMS communications: Transactional SMS: Appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and customer care messages. These are sent in connection with services you have requested. Promotional SMS: Special offers, seasonal promotions, and marketing messages from High Roller Detailing. These are optional and require separate opt-in consent. You may opt out of either type of SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
